Shipping processing & delivery
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive updates regarding the status of your order directly through our customer account and email.

We have partnered with Yodel, one of the largest delivery companies in the UK to provide our shipping and logistics services. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
SOME of our products are shipped directly from our supplier- this may take up to 14 days

- We will contact you with a returns number and details of where you need to send the return.
- Once received, we will examine the item to make sure everything is correct.
- Depending on your preference, we will issue you with a full refund or an item exchange.
